Beginning of 2012, one of the founding members of SAASOA realized he was being approached by various vendors who offered him better prices, deals & promotions based solely on the fact that he was the owner of 14 stores and could take decision for all the stores, which allowed the vendors to put their merchandise in all his stores and would not need to sell their promotions to all 14 stores separately.
He proceeded to talk to other prominent businessmen and they all agreed that if a group was formed to host many more stores, the vendors would give everyone better deals. This led to the birth of SAASOA.
SAASOA is a foundation formed by selfless people who have the singular goal of reaching out to members and helping them increase their bottom-line profits.
SAASOA members have gotten the security of knowing that, even with the upcoming changes in this volatile industry, they will not have to worry about the effects of those changes in relation to their stores. SAASOA will have already had worked with necessary people, companies, businesses etc. to get those changes taken place at their members stores ASAP.
SAASOA has obtained a platform for members to voice their concerns, complaints, problems, suggestions etc. There is comfort in the knowledge that SAASOA is available 24/7 to hear them and, if needed, to channel their voices to the right people, companies, vendors, organizations, various Government agencies etc.
This is just the beginning, added to that, the discrimination that many store owners and/or operators were facing through various vendors, companies etc., are now being minimized and, even at some instances, eradicated. Now each store owner/operator has a Voice.
SAASOA has also taken note of the day-to-day work routine of our members. We know the toll of having 12-hour shifts, running to Sam’s, Walmart, Rite Aid, etc. to purchase items for re-sale, the heavy lifting, and other chores involved in running a store. Coming home from a long day also affects the quality of time with our family that we all treasure. We are working so hard with the goal of making money for our families, for our children, but we are forced to sacrifice those precious moments with our children. We are not able to give our children the Sanskar that we want to and that they deserve to have due to our work schedules.
SAASOA recognizes and empathizes with these circumstances and have taken one burden off of your shoulders by investing time, skill, money, and their full devotion, to get all of the best tools and techniques to each and every member so that you no longer have to choose between work and family. You can get the best of the both worlds, do business, and make extra profits with less physical and mental stress, and lead a balanced, positive, happy family life.
SAASOA is very aggressive and committed to becoming a well-known organization with important entities such as the various police stations, Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Mayors, Council members, Congressmen, Senators, Attorney Generals, and Governors etc.
SAASOA takes part in various charity works and involves the store names of the members in that particular area.
SAASOA takes part in various functions such as the NACS show, Local Chamber of Commerce show and any other events where we can bring more benefits to our members.
SAASOA has teamed up with various Non-profit organizations to help those in need. Community Events will include Blood drives, Health Fairs, Food Drives, and Run-A-Thon etc.
SAASOA encourages each and every member to be a part of any and all community activities. This is where the immediate benefits are not readily apparent; however, the entire organization gets more exposure, more recognition, and in turn EACH member then gets the benefits. Each individual member who has the quality, ability and intense passion to be a part of different community activities are more than welcome to be Ambassadors of SAASOA.
